About the illustrator

Morvern is a multi-award winning illustrator and printmaker currently based in Edinburgh. She graduated DJCAD in 2022 with a First Class BA Hons in Illustration, and has since gone on to self-publish her original book The Huldufólk and work as a freelance creative.

Her work champions the use of traditional printmaking methods, and is heavily inspired by folk craft and mythology from her combined Scottish and Scandinavian heritage.
